Viettel Post provides comprehensive services for customers.

In the second quarter of 2023 alone, the total revenue was about VND 4.974 billion, a rise of 3,8% compared to the first quarter. In particular, the postal sector achieved 101,4% of the target, growing by 16,5% compared to the first quarter of 2023 and 29,4% compared to the same period in 2022. The telecommunications and e-commerce sectors also exceeded the set targets, achieving 109,8% and 127% respectively. In the second quarter of 2023, the pre-tax profit was VND 123,7 billion, achieving 103,3% of the target and an expansion of 30,3% compared to the first quarter of 2023.

During the first six months of this year, along with implementing solutions to raise the quality of services and promote business growth, Viettel Post carried out a series of solutions to optimize costs across various operations, including network infrastructure optimization and application of IT technology to optimize connections and delivery routes.

Still, the corporation reorganized the business model towards a leaner approach as well as adopted an automated monitoring system (NOC) to track the entire process of parcels and postal agents, leading to reducing personnel and reporting time, to name but a few.

In the next six months, Viettel Post has set a concrete target. By December 2023, the corporation strives to achieve 1 million orders per day and an estimated revenue growth ranging from 23,8% to 34,7% compared to the same period last year.

The corporation will focus on main groups of solutions, including enhancing service quality (shortening delivery time, increasing delivery success rate, reducing refund rate, etc.); improving users’ experience via information technology applications and direct personal service; and intensifying cooperation with B2B customers; among others.

Meanwhile, Viettel Post will actively conduct plans to expand its operations in foreign markets, especially Myanmar. The postal and logistics services of Viettel Post are expected to be the next key fields following telecommunications to help Viettel to "Go Global" and earn significant revenue.
