Deputy defense minister works with Viettel’s affiliate

The delegation checks the VMC’s production facilities.

In realizing Decision No.763 of the Defense Minister, including the production of specialized desktops for military and defense tasks, Viettel Group has pro-actively purchased materials, set up technological lines and organized production. The output products are tested and evaluated to meet quality requirements. During the research, the group paid due attention to confidentiality, safety and security work.

Addressing the event, Gen. Vinh praised Viettel Group for its efforts to fulfill all assignments by the Ministry of National Defense.

He spoke highly of the group’s improved capability in terms of manufacturing and production and urged it to further invest in technologies to automate in production.

Regarding computer production, the defense leader asked Viettel Group to focus research on developing new versions, completing configurations and technical features, and promptly synchronizing computer systems, servers, and operating systems to meet the ministry’s requirements.

Gen. Vinh requested the ministry’s functional agencies to actively give instructions and coordinate with Viettel Group to remove difficulties and complete legal procedures so that the group could effectively carry out assigned tasks.
