MR4 inspects work of search and collection of martyrs’ remains in Quang Tri

Reportedly, from July 27, 2023, the Search and Collection of Defense-Economic Unit 337 mobilized troops to verify information and conduct search and collection of martyrs’ remains on Co Loong mountain, Se Phu village, Huong Lap commune, Huong Hoa district, Quang Tri province.

After 25 days (July 27 - August 22), Defense-Economic Unit 337’s search and collection team found 24 sets of remains of fallen soldiers with many belongings, including buttons, combs, and bowls, to name but a few.

Concluding the inspection, Senior Colonel Doan Xuan Buong applauded positive outcomes obtained by the search and collection team and required leaders of Defense-Economic Unit 337 to promptly build a concrete plan, strengthen forces to grasp information and expand search scale, and make thorough preparations for the burial service for the martyrs.
