Collection of war martyrs’ remains in Quang Tri province inspected
PANO – A delegation of the National Steering Committee for Search, Collection, Repatriation and Identification of Fallen Soldiers' Remains (Steering Committee 515 in short), led by the Head of the Policy Department under the General Department of Politics, Major General Tran Quoc Dung,, inspected results of the search and collection of war martyrs’ remains in Tan Xa hamlet, Ba Long commune, Dakrong district, Quang Tri province.
During the inspection, the delegation offered flowers and incense and paid tribute to war martyrs, whose remains had been collected by the search and collection team of Division 968 of Military Region 4 several days before.

According to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ba Le, head of the search and collection team, his team from March 24 to 27 collected 13 sets of war martyrs’ remains from a mass grave.
On behalf of the delegation, General Dung highly valued the effort of relevant forces in the search and collection of sets of war martyrs’ remains.
On the occasion, Steering Committee 515 and its affiliated agencies in Military Region 4 and Quang Tri province handed over gifts to the search and collection team of Division 968, and thanked the local authorities for their support of the team over the past time.
