To ensure timely completion, the Military Command of Thanh An Commune played a core role by mobilizing its militia force, Youth Union members, and local residents to contribute 104 working days for the construction.
Despite heavy rain, fluctuating material prices, and the family’s economic hardship, the joint efforts of local Party committees, authorities, mass organizations, and residents enabled the project's successful completion. This initiative helps the family stabilize their life, upholding the tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" while ensuring better care for policy beneficiaries and their relatives across the locality.
