Each of the two houses has an area of approximately 40 square meters, consisting of a living room, bedroom, and auxiliary facilities. Each house is valued at more than VND 100 million, of which VND 60 million was funded by the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated housing in 2025, supported by the Border Guard Command of the Lam Dong provincial Military Command. The remaining was contributed by the families and their relatives.
