Apart from the September 24 program, similar events will be held in 11 border communes of Lai Chau province under the auspices of the border posts, in collaboration with local authorities and schools. These activities aim to ensure disadvantaged children enjoy a warm, meaningful mid-autumn celebration and serve as an encouragement for them to pursue their studies.
