Trang shared that both their families had planned to hold the wedding on May 1. However, just days before the ceremony, she received orders to join the training sessions for the parade. Honestly, she was torn between choosing personal happiness and fulfilling this sacred duty. At that moment, Trang’s fiancé encouraged her to complete her current tasks and postpone the wedding. That understanding and empathy became a powerful source of encouragement, giving Trang greater strength and confidence to overcome the first days of hard training.

Accordingly, Military Region 5 (MR5) was assigned to form two parade formations, including maritime militiamen and female special forces. The participating forces are not only from MR5, but also from Military Regions 4, 7, and 9, Army Corps 34, and the Army Officer Candidate School No.2. All of them are outstanding troops with firm political stance, disciplined, good physical fitness, and a deep sense of pride in the VPA’s heroic traditions.

According to Major Pham The Ha, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Dai Loc district Military Command under the Quang Nam provincial Military Command, although the training intensity was high and the weather conditions were harsh, thanks to the due attention and encouragement from chains-of-command at all levels, non-commissioned Second Lieutenant Le Vu Hong Trang and other comrades in the female special force formation have shown great determination and exerted all-out-efforts to fulfill in their duties.
