Major Lam’s family has been facing housing difficulties. Following a field survey, the Lao Cai provincial Military Command proposed that Military Region 2 support the house construction with VND 80 million from the “For the poor” fund. After six months of construction, the house has been completed on schedule and meets quality standards, helping the family stabilize their life.

This practical activity reflected the care and attention of Party committees and chains-of-command at all levels toward service-members in difficult circumstances, thereby encouraging them to focus on their work and successfully accomplish their assigned missions.
