Officers and Youth Union members briefed on tasks before the event

From early morning, participating personnel collected waste along the Suoi Lon - Duong To neighborhood road in Phu Quoc Special Zone, while sweeping and cleaning over 2 kilometers of roadway.

The activity aimed to raise awareness and responsibility among officers and Youth Union members in protecting the environment, under the motto “For a cleaner, greener Special Zone,” while promoting collective action against climate change.

Beyond its environmental impact, the initiative also helped strengthen military-civilian solidarity and highlighted the volunteer spirit and sense of responsibility of the coast guard force. It further encouraged both participants and local residents to adopt proper waste collection and disposal practices and avoid littering.
