The delegation included 100 military medical staff tasked with checking the health and providing free medicines to over 3,500 people who were policy beneficiaries and needy students and people, while disseminating information about a healthy life and how to prevent diseases.

Accordingly, the military hospital presented gifts to 20 policy beneficiaries, 60 poor students with good academic records, took care of ten orphans, and offered gifts to the local authorities and schools. On this occasion, they also held gratitude activities, offered incense in tribute to fallen soldiers at Vi Xuyen National War Cemetery; and organized an art exchange program.

The mass mobilization work was to raise its troops’ responsibility towards the community and border people; disseminate information about disease prevention and control, and implement policy for the military and its rear. In addition, it also contributed to tightening military-civilian ties while ensuring political security and social order while firmly protecting the national border.
