The construction cost includes VND 30 million from the Staff Department of the Binh Phuoc Provincial Military Command, and an additional VND 30 million contributed by officers and soldiers of the Phu Rieng District’s armed forces, the Mass Mobilization Committee of district’s Party Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front chapter in Phu Rieng district, and the Party committee and local authorities of Long Binh Commune.

Furthermore, troops of the Long Binh Commune Military Command contributed 50 working days to the construction process.

At the handover ceremony, Le Xuan Hung expressed his deep gratitude to the officers and soldiers of the Phu Rieng District Military Command, as well as to local authorities and organizations, for their collective efforts in providing his family with a new and spacious house. He said, “This will help stabilize my family’s life and enable me to fulfill my duties more effectively at my unit.”

Over the past three years, the Phu Rieng District Military Command has collaborated with local authorities to build and repair 10 gratitude houses for disadvantaged officers, soldiers, ethnic minorities, and impoverished families in the area. These efforts have contributed to stabilizing residents' lives and fostering solidarity between the military and the people.
