The exercise included three phases: Shifting combat readiness status, preparing for combat, and conducting combat operations.

Themed “Infantry division attack mobile enemy,” the exercise demanded a high level of operational, command, and collaboration capabilities, and flexibility in handling complex combat situations, closely aligned with the realities of modern warfare.

The highlight of the exercise was the tightly organized conferences conducted in each phase, effectively promoting collective intelligence and proposing policies that closely matched the developments on the map and in the field. Meanwhile, field reconnaissance, coordination of combat operations, directives presented on the sand table, and tactical scenario handling were all conducted in a strict and scientific manner.

The exercise was an opportunity to comprehensively evaluate the quality of training, command and staff capabilities, as well as the coordination among participating forces. It also provided practical experience to help officers at all levels within the division strengthen their leadership skills, enhance their thinking capacity and working methods, and boost combat readiness competence, meeting the task requirements of protecting the Fatherland in the new situation.
