Units asked to further improve task performance
PANO - Senior Lieutenant General Phan Van Giang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) and Deputy Defense Minister, worked with Army Corps 3, Army Corps 15, and the provincial Military and Border Guard Commands of the Central Highlands province of Gia Lai on December 23.
At the meeting with Army Corps 3, General Giang hailed their achievements over the past time, especially in grasping completely all resolutions and instructions from higher levels, making further efforts in personnel work, promoting troops’ political stance and competencies, and building strong Party organizations.

The Chief of the VPA's General Staff requested the Corps to continue to focus on raising their training and combat readiness quality in the coming time.
Meanwhile, at the meetings with the other units, General Giang spoke highly of their outcomes in enhancing soldiers’ political stance, conducting training courses, doing business, and building comprehensively strong units.
Additionally, they effectively implemented defense external relations work, helped raise living standards of local ethnic minority groups, and collaborated with relevant organizations and agencies to ensure social order and security.
