For all officers, pilots, and technicians of the brigade, participating in the parade is not only a special honor but also a great responsibility. Immediately after receiving the task, the brigade’s Party Committee and Chain-of-Command led and directed the unit to carry out thorough preparations in all aspects. Flight plans were carefully and scientifically developed, with tasks clearly assigned to each agency and unit. Orders from higher levels were thoroughly updated to all officers, pilots, and staff. The brigade selected experienced pilots with solid flying skills and extensive flight hours, focusing training on flying in formation to ensure strict compliance with required distance, speed, altitude, and direction.

According to Commanding Officer of Air Force Brigade 954 Senior Colonel Vuong Dang Nam, the unit has been conducting formation flight training under the motto ‘urgent, serious, and safe.’ Preparations have been carried out comprehensively, from personnel, equipment, and aircraft to logistical support facilities. Ground technical teams have well promoted their role in inspection, maintenance, and ensuring high technical readiness for each flight. Training has been conducted rigorously, strictly adhering to aviation regulations, specialized rules, training curricula, and safety requirements.

Not only the flight squadrons but also the ground technical support forces began their tasks very early. On each training day, starting from 3 a.m., technical staff thoroughly check the equipment and electrical systems, refuel the aircraft, and prepare them for takeoff. The close coordination between pilots and ground technical, communications, navigation, and flight safety teams has been the key factor in ensuring high-quality training sessions.
