On behalf of the Standing Board of the Central Military Commission and the GDP leadership, General Nguyen Trong Nghia congratulated Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh, noting that the 35-year Party membership badge was a great honor for both the recipient and the Party Committee of the GDP’s Organs, which helps educate and encourage Party members to further uphold their pioneering and exemplary role.
Having begun his military career as an enlisted soldier, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh has consistently ensured firm a political stance and absolute loyalty to the Fatherland, the Party, the State, and the people. He has also set an example in ethics and lifestyle, maintained solidarity, and placed collective interests above personal interests.
In his positions as Vice Chairman of the GDP and Secretary of the Party Committee of the GDP’s Organs, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh has worked with the GDP leadership to effectively make recommendations to the Central Military Commission and propose numerous measures to improve the quality of building a politically strong military and a comprehensively strong, “exemplary and typical” GDP’s Organs.

General Nguyen Trong Nghia highly valued Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh’s contribution and expressed hope that he would continue to further contribute to strengthening the Party and building the military in the current circumstances.
Speaking at the ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh expressed pride at receiving the Party’s prestigious recognition. He conveyed his profound gratitude to the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, the military, previous generations, and his comrades for their support throughout his service.
He stressed that the longer a person has been a Party member, the greater the responsibility toward the Party, the military, and the people. He considered the badge an important milestone and a motivation to continue striving and devoting himself to serving the Fatherland and the people, deserving the honor bestowed by the Party.
