Forces closely coordinate in responding to natural disasters and incidents

The exercises not only served as a test of the leadership, command, and management capabilities of local Party committees and authorities, but also strengthened coordination among forces in responding to natural disasters and incidents.

Through exercises, response plans were reviewed, supplemented and refined to better match actual conditions, while the "four on-the-spot" approach was effectively implemented, helping enhance response capabilities at the grassroots level.
