Sr. Lt. Gen. Pham Hoai Nam inspects Ba Son Corporation’s production activities.

During the first seven months of 2026, Ba Son Corporation pro-actively overcame difficulties and performed well across all areas of operation. The corporation focused on the building, repair and delivery of ships and commercial products in accordance with signed contracts, ensuring quality and timely completion. It also effectively provided technical and technological support for the building and repair of various types of ships.

In the remaining months of the year, Ba Son Corporation will concentrate its resources on completing shipbuilding and repair tasks while ensuring progress, quality, and safety. It will strictly maintain command, duty and combat-readiness shifts; strengthen regularity building and discipline observance; enhance military-civilian solidarity; and promote mass organizations’ activities toward successfully accomplishing the unit’s political tasks, while ensuring workers’ living standards and incomes.

Following the inspection, Sr. Lt. Gen. Pham Hoai Nam acknowledged and commended Ba Son Corporation’s efforts in successfully fulfilling its assigned tasks. He requested that the corporation continue the building, repair, and delivery of ships and commercial products on schedule and in accordance with quality requirements, while accelerating digital transformation and gradually developing a modern, digitized, and professional management system.

He also requested that Ba Son Corporation place greater emphasis on technology transfer and gradually master key technologies to meet mission requirements in the new situation. The corporation should develop a highly qualified workforce and increase the application of technology to enhance production and business capacity, create jobs and provide stable incomes for employees. He expressed his hope that the corporation would develop more high-quality products in the coming period.
