Following an inspection and reports from the units’ chains-of-command and inspection team members, Lt. Gen. Nguyen Ba Luc commended Brigade 270 and Defense-Economic Unit 516 for their achievements. Notably, the units have strictly implemented higher-level directives, orders, plans, and guidance; closely monitored the political security and public order situation in their stationed areas; updated operational documents; developed plans to protect the upcoming holiday; conducted drills and coordination exercises; and strictly maintained combat readiness.

The Deputy Chief of the General Staff asked the two units to continue education and information dissemination to enhance officers and soldiers’ awareness of hostile forces’ plots and activities, combat readiness requirements, and the need to maintain vigilance. He also urged them to closely monitor the situation and improve training quality by making training more realistic and effectively using modern equipment.

The units were instructed to strictly maintain combat readiness, regularly update operational documents, proficiently practice response plans, and ensure sufficient personnel and equipment to handle situations in a timely manner. They were also asked to strengthen coordination with local authorities and relevant forces, closely monitor political security and public order, and provide timely advice on appropriate measures.

The units must also closely monitor troops' morale, organize recreational activities during the holiday, and care for the material and spiritual well-being of officers and soldiers, particularly those facing difficult circumstances and policy beneficiaries.
