The journey, lasting from April 1 to 10, is part of the long-distance sea training program combined with practical surveys for officers, lecturers, and trainees undergoing officer-level training, focusing on training in the operation of sails and equipment aboard ships, dealing with real-life situations at sea, experiencing and researching the Truong Sa (Spratly) Archipelago, DK1 Platforms, and naval activities at sea, as well as visiting and presenting gifts to forces stationed on islands.
