Sailing Vessel 286 - Le Quy Don safely returns to Nha Trang
PANO - On October 20, Sailing Vessel 286 - Le Quy Don from the Naval Academy, along with a delegation from the Vietnam People’s Navy led by Senior Captain Bui Duy Thong, Deputy Political Commissar of the Naval Academy, arrived at Nha Trang Military Port, successfully concluding the visit and exchange program with the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).
The delegation's visit to Singapore significantly deepened the friendships, cooperation, mutual understanding, and trust between the navies of the two nations.

Throughout this mission, officers, sailors, and cadets on board of Sailing Vessel 286 - Le Quy Don had an opportunity to enhance their skills and gain valuable experience in defense external affairs. The cadets received practical training in various tasks, including watchkeeping at sea, sail handling, navigation, collision avoidance, sea target observation, and more.

The 17-day sea journey covering more than 1,500 nautical miles, the entire crew maintained strict operational discipline and adhered to safety protocols. The entire team showed unity, cooperation, mutual support, and assistance to successfully accomplish their mission while strictly following regulations, discipline, and other aspects of their duties.
