Refresher course in preparation for celebration of Dien Bien Phu Victory closed
PANO - Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia, on December 29, chaired a ceremony to conclude a refresher course in preparation for the parade to mark the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory on December 29 at the Hanoi-based National Military Training Center No.4.
Accordingly, during the course, lecturers raised responsibility while participants strictly observed regulations and actively grasped the provided contents.
Addressing the closing ceremony, Gen. Nghia requested the units to apply what they learned during the course to their training to fulfill assigned missions with the best results.
Meanwhile, military units should also educate their troops to be well aware of their pride to participate in the parade in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - 2024), so as to raise high responsibility and determination during training, and accomplish all assigned tasks. During further training, they were requested to strictly observe military discipline.
