During the five-day course, 470 military and public security officers will be provided with contents related to movements in performing un-armed and armed line-up regulations, group formation in parade, and methods to train participating forces. 

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia said that the course aimed to agree on contents and training methods to serve as the basis for units to effectively train forces participating in the parade in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory.

Highlighting the profound values of the Dien Bien Phu Victory, General Nghia asked participants to thoroughly grasp the significance of the parade and understand that joining the event is an honor as well as their responsibility to the military, public security, and nation. Therefore, he urged trainees to heighten their high sense of responsibility, strictly observe discipline, fully grasp provided contents, and actively train to master movements.

He noted that the organizing panel and participating officers should strictly observe regulations and instructors have suitable training methods to help trainees thoroughly grasp contents.
