The festival was a chance for the Party Committee and chain-of-command of Army Corps 3 to make comprehensive evaluation of the commanding competence, maneuverability, use of weapons and equipment of artillery officers and soldiers. From that, they will issue guidelines and leadership solutions to improve artillery training quality to meet the requirements of assigned tasks.
