An overview of the course

The program focuses on personnel work and building a strong unit.

The course aims to provide trainees with knowledge on commandership as well as the implementation of Party and political work in the whole unit.

At the end of the course, the trainees will write a summary for the organizing committee to evaluate the results and draw experience in the organization and implementation of tasks at their agencies or units.
