Refresher course for Cambodian naval officers launched in HCMC
PANO – The Naval Techniques College on October 23 opened a refresher course on specialized techniques for officers from the Royal Cambodian Navy, in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC).
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Naval Captain Nguyen Anh Tuyen, Vice Rector of the school, highlighted the traditional solidarity and friendship between the two militaries and peoples.

He hoped that the Cambodian trainees will promote their sense of responsibility to acquire useful knowledge from the course, contributing to better serving the Royal Cambodian Navy in the future.

During the six-month long course, the Cambodian naval officers will discuss four specialized subjects, including the ship control, the engine running and repair, the operation of electrical power system on board, and other relevant contents, by experienced teachers of the college.
