Additionally, they have already built up plans during the Tet holiday, especially in putting their personnel and vehicles on standby, taking care of troops’ life and local policy beneficiaries.

Vice Admiral Nghiem highly valued their preparations for the Tet festival, adding that they should further grasp higher levels’ directions and instructions, raise combat readiness posture, welcome a cozy Tet holiday with absolute safety, and prepare for receiving and training new recruits.

On behalf of the service, Vice Admiral Nghiem extended Tet greetings, wishing them good health, solidarity, unity, and fulfillment of all missions.
