At the event, delegates made clear the outcomes, pointed out shortcomings and proposed solutions to improve activities to celebrate big events of the Party, State and military in the time ahead.

They agreed that the celebration activities were pro-actively, early, comprehensively, and intensively carried out in the whole military with many highlights. They were all successful and carried profound education significance. They received due attention and direction from the Politburo, the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee, directly the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense; and the coordination and support from ministries, departments, sectors, localities, and pro-activeness and creativity of agencies and units inside and outside the military.
Delegates emphasized the successful organization of big events, including the celebration ceremony, national-level scientific conferences, the Vietnam Defense Expo, the exchange of military art troupes, cultural and art exhibitions on the pedestrian street around Hoan Kiem (Returned Sword) Lake in Hanoi, meetings with retired military senior cadres and veterans, gratitude, comradeship and great unity house building, foreign relations activities, among others.
In his speech, Gen. Luong underlined that although activities were numerous, especially in December 2024, the organizers managed them in a timely and flexible manner, ensuring high efficiency. For some activities with time adjustment and short duration of preparation, agencies and units showed their pro-activeness, surmounted difficulties and coordinated closely to make them successful.
On behalf of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense’s leader, Gen. Luong highly praised agencies and units for their great efforts, high sense of responsibilities, and attainments. He expressed thanks to ministries, sectors, departments and localities for their attention and collaboration.
At the meeting, the organizers announced the decision on awarding military and civilian collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in celebration activities.
