MND inspects Phu Tho Provincial Military Command’s preparation for training

The inspection team acknowledged and highly appreciated the Phu Tho Provincial Military Command’s efforts in preparing all aspects for the upcoming training season. The delegation affirmed that the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command have closely directed training tasks, discipline management, and implementation in strict accordance with resolutions and directives of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and Military Region 2.

Concluding the inspection, Major General Nguyen Khac Huy requested that the Phu Tho Provincial Military Command seriously draw lessons from the shortcomings and limitations pointed out by the delegation, and continue to improve the quality of political and ideological education, strengthen determination, and enhance vigilance.

He emphasized that training must be organized in line with the principle of being “basic, practical, and firm,” with particular focus on fostering the contingent of officers, especially those directly responsible for training and those of commune-level military command, the key factor determining training quality.

The inspection team examines training facilities and equipment.

At the same time, the provincial military command must strictly maintain regularity and discipline, ensure good care for troops’ living conditions, and enhance combat readiness, especially during the Lunar New Year 2026 and the elections for the National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels. The delegation expressed confidence that, with thorough and synchronized preparations and strong determination, the training work of the provincial armed forces in 2026 will achieve good results with absolute safety.
