According to reports presented at the meeting, the Office of the Ministry of National Defense, the Department of Finance, the Department of Military Training and School Management under the General Staff, and Command 86 have coordinated closely to draft reports, compile presentations, develop conference programs, and prepare operational plans. The Military Broadcasting Center has also worked with relevant agencies to produce video presentations for the conferences.

Sr. Lt. Gen. Nguyen Van Hien praised the responsibility and coordination demonstrated by participating agencies and units in preparing written and video reports with good content and high visual quality.
He directed relevant units to promptly finalize reports, ensuring completeness and consistency, while adding more footage highlighting training, exercises, combat readiness activities, and operations carried out by military enterprises. He also stressed the importance of closely reviewing conference presentations and ensuring logistics, technical support, security, and safety so the events can be organized thoroughly, efficiently, and safely.

During the first months of 2026, military transportation units have maintained strict combat readiness and disaster response operations. Forces and vehicles have been on standby, particularly during peak-duty periods. Transportation planning and command operations have been carried out flexibly and efficiently, ensuring the completion of all regular and urgent transport missions.

Key missions include transporting discharged soldiers back to their localities, moving recruits to military units, and supporting transportation for more than 1,400 delegates attending the 14th National Party Congress, all with absolute safety.
Concluding the meeting, the deputy defense minister instructed the Department of Vehicles and Transportation to continue reviewing and updating combat-ready transportation plans in line with logistics and technical service requirements.
He emphasized maintaining strict transportation readiness, ensuring support for military units, and remaining prepared to assist civilians affected by natural disasters and epidemics. Priority in transportation missions should be given to weapons, equipment, fuel, and supplies for combat-ready forces and units stationed in border and island areas.
He also called for stronger implementation of digital transformation and information technology applications across the transportation sector.
