Concluding the inspection, the GS’s Deputy Chief Nguyen Ba Luc commended the brigade’s performance over the past period. He urged the Party Committee and Chain-of-Command of Brigade 74 (under General Department II) to continue thoroughly grasping the Party’s guidelines and policies on national defense and military; resolutions and directives from the Central Military Commission, MND, and the General Department of Political Affairs on training and missions in 2025. The unit should strictly observe combat readiness regulations, master all operational plans, closely monitor situational developments, and provide recommendations to handle situations in a timely and effective manner.
In addition, the brigade needs to further strengthen regularity building and discipline enforcement; strictly implement measures to build a comprehensively strong, exemplary, and outstanding unit; maintain patrols and guard duties; and ensure the safety of the unit and its stationed area.

The same day, another delegation from the MND, led by Deputy Director of the Department of Operations under the GS Maj. Gen. Le Van Dang, checked the Ninh Binh provincial Military Command and Defensive Area Region 2 – Tam Diep Command’s implementation of combat readiness before the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day and their task accomplishment after the merger.
Having inspected the units, the delegates evaluated that troops of units of the provincial armed forces demonstrated a strong sense of duty and vigilance, strictly adhering to combat readiness regulation. They well managed vehicles and boats, being ready to undertake rescue and disaster relief operations when needed.

Following the restructuring of local military agencies, the provincial command and its subordinate units promptly consolidated their command systems and organizational structures at all levels, ensuring uninterrupted task performance and a return to routine operations.
Concluding the inspection, the delegation highly appreciated the efforts of the provincial command and its units in strictly maintaining combat readiness, adhering to both military discipline and State law. The delegation requested that the provincial command and its subordinate units continue to thoroughly implement directives and orders, maintain tight combat readiness procedures, improve the quality of comprehensive training, uphold discipline, and build comprehensively strong, exemplary, outstanding units.
