Therefore, Party committees and and leaders at all levels should focus on improving education work and using training results as a key criterion to evaluate and appoint officers. The units must adhere to training principles and plans, practice combat readiness scenarios, and strengthen leadership capacity in Party organizations.
Speaking at the conference, Major General Tran Ngoc Anh urged Party committees and units’ leaders to thoroughly implement Directive No.1030, issued on February 12, 2025, from the Standing Board of the Party Committee of the GDP’s Organs and Resolution No.622 from the Party Committee of the GDP’s Organs on enhancing training quality in the 2023-2030 period and the following years.
Agencies and units must conduct strict training with absolute safety in terms of combat readiness. In addition, efforts should focus on personnel work, ensuring facilities, training grounds, and equipment for training, so as to conduct combat readiness shifting and live-fire exercises in the GDP’s Organs.
