Addressing the meeting, General Vinh required the brigade to embrace higher levels’ instructions on combat readiness and promptly deal with unexpected situations to fulfill their assigned missions.

* The same day, another delegation of the General Staff, headed by its Deputy Chief Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia, inspected combat training at Artillery Brigade 45 and the Artillery Officers Training School under the Artillery Corps.

The delegation checked the units’ combat readiness, regularity building, discipline observance, and Party and political work.

Speaking at the event, General Nghia highly valued the units’ achievements while requiring them to maintain combat readiness, improve training quality, and ensure troops’ health. He underlined that the two units should regularly conduct exercises to deal with unexpected situations and build comprehensively strong units.
