At the ceremony hosted by the Signal Officers Training School

During their studies at the Signal Officers Training School, 17 foreign trainees were provided with basic knowledge of Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh’s thought, Vietnam’s revolutionary path, necessary social sciences and humanities associated with military activities, skills on how to build worldviews and scientific methodology, political virtues, morality, and working style. They studied information technology as well.

The trainees are expected to apply what they have learnt in Vietnam to completing their future tasks, contributing to their militaries’ development.

At the ceremony, apart from the graduation certificates, the school also presented certificates of merit to two top trainees, namely Warrant Officer Chea Bunsarith from the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and First Lieutenant Sengpachanh Binlree from the Lao People’s Armed Forces.

These successful training courses have further consolidated the solidarity and friendship between the militaries of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

While studying at the Academy of Logistics, 38 Lao and Cambodian trainees were instructed by experienced instructors on basic knowledge related to social sciences and humanities, computing, foreign languages, logistics, military finance, and more.

Addressing the ceremony, Major General Le Thanh Long, Deputy Political Commissar of the academy applauded and congratulated the trainees on their good study results.

The Vietnamese official hoped that they would flexibly and creatively apply what they have learnt at the school to their future missions and further study to contribute to developing the military logistics sectors of their own countries and to reinforcing the traditional friendship and fine relationship between the militaries and people of Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
