Addressing the meeting, Geneal Vinh highly appreciated the VNDPKO’s efforts in performing its assigned missions, while asking the unit to continue attaching much importance to political education and training for troops, especially foreign language courses, so as to enable forces who will be deployed to UN peacekeeping missions to fulfill their tasks.
