The event connected online to four places, namely the campus of the Communist Party of Vietnam Museum, Regiment 692 under Infantry Division 301 of the Hanoi Capital Command, the headquarters of Ha Dong Ward Police of the Hanoi Public Security Department and Dong Anh commune of Hanoi.

General Nguyen Trong Nghia, permanent member of the Central Military Commission and Chief of the General Department of Political Affairs, attended the ceremony at Regiment 692.
In the 2021-2025 period, units under the Hanoi Capital Command actively mobilized resources and planted nearly 70,000 trees of various kinds, meeting 103 percent of the target.
In this year’s festival, the Command’s affiliates are going to grow nearly 7,000 timber and fruit trees.
At Regiment 692, right after the launch, officers and soldiers of the unit planted nearly 2,000 trees on an area of 4 hectares.
Over the past years, the Hanoi Capital Command has promoted tree planting and afforestation in order to protect the environment, mitigate climate change and at the same time to build green, clean, beautiful barracks, as well as to create a healthy living, studying, working, and training environment for its troops.
