Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Le Xuan Binh, Second-in-Command and Chief of Staff of Military Region 7, affirmed that the establishment of Campus 1 of the Southern Military Cadet School is significant in educating and training the younger generation, thereby generating human resources for the cause of national construction and defense. He emphasized that this is a specialized educational environment combining the general education program with political and traditional education, physical training, and the forging of military discipline and behavior.
For the school to operate effectively, he requested that the Southern Military Junior Cadet School and Campus 1 of the school urgently concretize their functions, tasks, organizational structures, and working regulations. Assignments should clarify responsibilities and personnel to prevent overlapping or missed duties. The units should build regular and scientific routines suitable for the educational environment, focusing on improving training quality and developing a staff of officers and instructors meeting task requirements.

During management, it is necessary to firmly grasp each student’s academic progress, health, and thoughts, paying special attention to those living away from home for the first time. The campus should continue perfecting its facilities and living conditions, putting students’ safety first.
Major General Le Xuan Binh urged the Party Committee, authorities, and functional agencies of Lam Dong province to continue their care, coordination, and creation of favorable conditions for Campus 1 of the Southern Military Junior Cadet School to successfully fulfill its tasks, gradually building a regular, disciplined, safe, and prestigious educational environment.
