Graduates from these schools consistently meet the demands of leadership at military units. Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet expressed his gratitude to the instructors and educational management staff of the Military Political Academy and the Political Officers' Training School for their significant contribution over the past years, providing substantial input on theoretical and practical issues for political staff, as well as giving consultancy to the GDP, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense.

Given the evolving demands in political officer training, Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet proposed that the schools should establish new educational philosophies, enabling students to engage in social issues and be prepared to contribute high-quality human resources to the political system. To achieve this outcome, both schools must actively innovate in their educational and training approaches, nurturing proficient staff and instructors in information technology and foreign languages. These conditions are pivotal for these schools to conduct scientific research and take in human knowledge. Scientific research must be closely tied to practical applications, he stressed.
