GDP Chief inspects Vietnam Museum of Military History project

The Vietnam Museum of Military History is an important project of the Ministry of National Defense. It is expected to be a destination for young people to learn about the military history of Vietnam and an architecture highlight in the capital city of Hanoi.

During the inspection

During the inspection, the project’s Management Board briefed delegates on the implementation and quality of the first phase of the construction project.

Having inspected the project and heard reports, the GDP’s Chief requested contractors to ensure timely and adequate supplies and equipment to accelerate the progress of the project; and work closely with the project’s Management Board to complete the construction as scheduled. Meanwhile, contractors should enhance the number of laborers at the worksite and map out solutions to accomplish major tasks as regulated.

GDP Chief Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet works with contractors and the Management Board of the project.

The GDP’s Chief noted that all functional units should raise responsibility and take measures to effectively implement the project with absolute safety and security. Especially, the investor and the Management Board were requested to coordinate closely in managing and checking the project; overcoming difficulties and obstacles; and strictly following the State laws and regulations of the Ministry of National Defense on capital construction investment.
