Exhibition highlighting images of “Uncle Ho’s soldiers” opens
PANO – The Vietnam Military History Museum opened an exhibition themed “Ever-bright virtue of Uncle Ho's soldiers” on June 8 in Hanoi.
The month-long exhibition was held in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s call for patriotic emulation, with the aim of encouraging the whole-army troops to actively learn and follow the late President’s moral example to willingly grasp and fulfill all missions.
As many as 300 exhibits of 42 groups and 68 individuals selected from 250 outstanding ones in the whole army were on display.
With the three stages, namely “Learning and following Uncle Ho’s moral example”, “typical groups”, and “outstanding individuals”, the exhibition vividly reflected the implementation of the “Learning and following Uncle Ho’s example” movement in line with the “Promoting tradition, devoting talent, deserving to be Uncle Ho’s soldiers” campaign across the army.
Notably, numerous technical initiatives and models, which have contributed to improving training quality and combat readiness of military units, were also introduced at the event.
