Division 312 concludes tactical live-fire exercise
PANO - Division 312 of Army Corps 1 successfully organized a combined armed team tactical live-fire exercise under the theme “Infantry battalion attacks airborne enemy” on November 4.

Commander of Army Corps 1 Major General Truong Manh Dung and Political Commissar of Army Corps 1 Major General Nguyen Duc Hung directed the exercise.
During the drill, participating units orderly shifted combat readiness posture to higher levels and promptly maneuvered to the evacuation place as planned.

The commanders at all level embraced missions, calculated the time, determined the tasks, conducted the work, and announced the combat intention.
In the live-fire exercise, Infantry Battalion 2 under Regiment 141 closely collaborated with other units and received fire-power support to annihilate all assigned targets, ensuring absolute safety of personnel, weapons and other technical equipment.

Colonel Do Trung Dung, Commanding Officer of Division 312, said that the exercise was part of the division’s one-side two-level command exercise with field training contents. The drill was to evaluate command capacity, coordination and combat skills of cadres and troops. It was also a good chance for the unit to complete its combat determination and plan to be in line with mission requirements in the new situation.
