Dissemination on Military Creative Youth Awards to be promoted
PANO – The Military Youth Board, the standing office of the Military Creative Youth Awards, and relevant units and agencies should hold a high sense of responsibility for selecting the best projects and initiatives for the awards.

The request was made by Senior Lieutenant General Luong Cuong, member of the Secretariat of the Party Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, permanent member of the Central Military Commission, and Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People’s Army, during a meeting with the board and relevant agencies and units on the 17
th Military Creative Youth Awards, on May 11.
Praising their efforts and achievements, General Cuong asked the agencies and units to showcase the best projects, especially those with high applicability and feasibility.
The general also emphasized the necessity of popularizing the awards as well as high quality projects and initiatives, so as to stimulate military youths’ passions for scientific research.
Launched 17 years ago, the awards have attracted the active participation of youths in the whole army. This year alone, there are 405 projects and initiatives, eight times higher than in 2000.
