Logistics support for combat readiness has been carried out effectively, achieving positive results. The region has promoted production, livestock farming, and centralized processing, reaching 102.2% of the set plan. The issuance of military supplies has been conducted on schedule, while healthcare for troops has been maintained regularly, ensuring a fit-for-duty rate of 98.86%.
In addition, the management of barracks and official housing has been conducted strictly in line with regulations, effectively serving daily activities, work, and the training of recruits. Investment and handover of housing projects have been carried out transparently and on schedule, with three out of five family housing areas completed and the remaining two underway. Financial work has been implemented comprehensively, with pro-active budgeting, allocation, and balancing of financial resources to meet both regular and unexpected tasks, including timely funding for the regional defensive area commands and commune-level military commands.
At the working session, leaders of Military Region 4, the provincial military commands of Nghe An and Ha Tinh, along with relevant agencies under the Ministry of National Defense, provided additional reports highlighting key achievements, while also identifying difficulties and challenges in logistics support and construction investment. They proposed several recommendations to improve task performance in the coming time.

In the time ahead, Military Region 4 will continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement resolutions and directives of the Party, State, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on military and defense tasks; maintain strict combat readiness; closely monitor the situation to avoid passivity or surprise; promote the application of science and technology; improve training quality; and organize supplementary and specialized training tailored to each unit’s mission.
Regarding logistics and finance, agencies and units under Military Region 4 will strictly and effectively manage and use the budget in accordance with regulations; pro-actively ensure sufficient and timely support for all tasks; accelerate the progress of construction investment projects; enhance project quality; and prevent waste and losses.
