During the 2021–2025 period, the corporation maintained stable business operations, fulfilled its assigned political tasks, and closely integrated economic development with national defense and security. It completed and handed over nearly 3,000 apartments while processing the sale of public housing assets and issuing ownership certificates for more than 1,700 apartments to military personnel in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

The corporation generated more than VND 5.4 trillion in revenue during the period, with pre-tax profit increasing from VND 20.9 billion in 2021 to VND 50.8 billion in 2025.
For the 2026–2030 period, the corporation aims to achieve sustainable growth, improve business efficiency, and preserve and expand state capital. It plans to launch 22 housing projects comprising approximately 13,000 apartments with the total investment of about VND 30 trillion, primarily in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and several other localities. It also targets sustained double-digit growth, including average annual growth of 29 percent in production value, 10 percent in revenue, and 19 percent in pre-tax profit. The corporation will continue streamlining its organizational structure, reviewing and reorganizing its departments and member units while focusing on its core business activities.

Concluding the meeting, Sr. Lt. Gen. Nguyen Quang Ngoc instructed the corporation to further refine its development strategy for the 2026–2030 period by clearly defining objectives, targets, implementation roadmaps, and solutions to ensure feasibility, efficiency, and sustainable development. He asked the business to prioritize resources for military housing projects and effectively managing and selling public housing assets to support policies for troops’ families.
The Deputy Minister also stressed the need to accelerate the application of science and technology, advance digital transformation, modernize corporate governance, and continue combining economic development with defense and security. He called on the corporation to uphold the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers in carrying out economic tasks by ensuring project schedules, quality, occupational safety, and compliance with the law, while strengthening its role as the military's leading enterprise in housing and urban development investment.
