He called on all agencies and units to effectively and comprehensively implement the campaign’s objectives and targets, creating tangible improvements in both awareness and action. The campaign, he stressed, must be closely linked to the fulfillment of political tasks while avoiding formalism and achievement-driven practices. Each agency and unit should identify the appropriate breakthrough areas, particularly difficult or new tasks, and focus leadership and direction on these priorities. The completion of assigned political tasks should serve as the primary benchmark for evaluating campaign outcomes.

Gen. Nhan asked participating agencies and units to deliver measurable results, develop innovative models and effective practices.

Relevant functional agencies were tasked with strengthening inspection, guidance, and supervision; promptly identifying and recognizing new role models; and firmly addressing signs of formalism, neglect, or lack of responsibility to ensure the campaign becomes a strong driving force for successfully accomplishing assigned political tasks.

The Deputy Political Commissar of the Hanoi Capital Command also asked for more traditional education and extensive public communication on the 80-year history of the Hanoi Capital Armed Forces; effective implementation of gratitude activities and military family support policies; and intensification of the ongoing 500-day campaign to accelerate the search for, collection, and identification of the remains of fallen soldiers.

He emphasized the promotion of innovation, digital transformation, and military administrative reform, while expanding the application of science and technology in leadership, command, management, and administration, contributing to building an elite, compact and strong military.
