The delegation evaluated that in 2024 and the first quarter of 2025, the school’s Party Committee and Board of Administrators, and chains-of-commanders at all levels have completed all assigned tasks in a strict and comprehensive manner. The school has strictly implemented the resolutions, directives, conclusions, and projects of the Party Central Committee, the Central Military Commission (CMC), and the MND on education-training, as well as directions of the defense minister.
Meanwhile, the school has regularly researched, forecast, and accurately assessed the situation, and given timely recommendations to the CMC and MND on the training task of military command and staff officers at the unit level.

In his speech, General Nguyen Tan Cuong praised the school’s obtained outcomes in its task performance over the past time, as well as applauded the solidarity and great efforts of the Party Committee, Board of Administrators and chains-of-commands at all levels in overcoming difficulties and accomplishing assignments, thereby raising the quality of education-training and the capability of the instructors and cadets.
In the time to come, the deputy defense minister required the school to closely coordinate with units to survey training programs in line with reality and development trends; make breakthroughs in teaching methods and forms; promote the application of information technology and digital transformation in education and training; and focus on raising cadets’ political stance, responsibility, knowledge on state management, socio-economic issues, law, among others.

The school should increase the participation of instructors and cadets in field visits and experiential activities at units to equip and update instructors with practical experience, provide knowledge on management work for cadets, while paying more attention to raising the quality of the contingent of instructors and educational management staff as regulated.
Gen. Cuong also underscored that the school should make thorough preparations to successfully organize Party congresses at all levels and activities in celebrations of its 80th foundation anniversary.
