With his rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong has worked closely with the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense to successfully fulfill his advisory role in shaping military and defense strategies, as well as leading the construction of the people's armed forces and strengthening the Party organizations within the military.
