During the visit, the delegation inspected crime prevention and combat; prevention and control of human trafficking, smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeiting; and law dissemination work, among others.
In 2022, the Con Dao Border Post built plan and strictly prevented crimes, human trafficking, smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeiting and any violations of law.
The post also well coordinated with functional units inside and outside the military in their task performance. Last year, the post held many dissemination sessions for nearly 700 local people.

In Flotilla 33, Commander of the Coast Guard Region 3, Major General Ngo Binh Minh briefed the delegation upon the unit’s situation and its achievements as well as its shortcomings and limitations in their task performance over the past time.
Reportedly, in 2022, Coast Guard Region 3 regularly inspected and addressed any violations. He also regarded outcomes of the fight against smuggling, commercial fraud and counterfeiting in the area where they are stationed.
At the same time, the coast guard region directed its troops to promote law dissemination for locals and fishermen while ensuring combat readiness.

Concluding the inspection, on behalf of the Central Military Commission, Ministry of National Defense, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong acknowledged and hailed the units’ achievements over the past time, requesting the Con Dao Border Post and the Coast Guard Region 3 to regularly grasp the Party’s guidelines and State’s laws during their task implementation, and promote military discipline observance, among others.
