At the working session, Major General Ha Van Cu, Chemistry Corps Commander, briefed the mission on the unit’s task performance over the past 10 months.

Accordingly, the whole unit embraced the Chief of the General Staff’s directions on training and ensuring capabilities of engagement in chemical warfare and chemical weapon prevention for military units.

The Chemical Warfare Prevention Officer Training School has increasingly improved training quality, foreign language skills and physical health for troops.

Having been briefed upon the unit’s task performance, General Giang highly commended its achievements over the past time, asking them to continue providing advice to higher levels on measures of building a strong chemical force. They should focus on building strong Party organizations and comprehensively strong units, increasing training quality, regularity building and discipline observance, as well as actively taking part in post-war toxic chemical clearance, he added.
