Before the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, the units had already completed preparations for barracks, accommodation, daily living, study, and work areas for new soldiers. Training grounds and training equipment were upgraded.

They effectively coordinated with local authorities in organizing the handover and reception of recruits, ensuring solemnity, swiftness, and absolute safety.

The reception ceremonies at the units were carried out in a formal and thoughtful manner, leaving a strong impression on the new soldiers. Leaders and commanders at all levels also met with, encouraged, and guided the recruits to help them gradually adapt to the military environment.
